Writing a User Guide

As part of a project, I was asked to create a user guide for a feature of a popular piece of technology. The goal of this project was to educate users on a new or little known feature in order to increase awareness and the use of that feature. A user guide is intended to assist users in using a particular product, service or application.

This particular user guide was created using Canva and took me about three hours to complete. I used the following steps to create it:

1. research and practice using the product feature

2. take photos to be used in the user guide

3. document and edit product features in Canva
