Writing a White Paper

This project came to be after a recent trip to Walt Disney World when I began to think about how much the My Disney Experience app enhanced the trip. I did a bit of research and learned about how the app came to be and decided to write a white paper from the point of view of someone trying to engage and inform stakeholders about how such an app could enhance guest experience and increase profitability.

I enjoyed creating this piece and all of the research that went into it because I really like to have a deep understanding of how and why things work. This white paper was created using Visme using the following steps:

1. download and get acquainted with using the My Disney Experience app

2. research the conditions leading up to the implementation of the app

3. gather stock images to be used in the white paper

4. document and edit problems, market drivers, and solutions in Visme
